The 1 order I really needed for a printer got canceled they said it is oos when it is clearly for sale on their site

i can confirm the email is genuine, there was an issue whereby call centre staff were using a template to reply quicker to customers, this was simply the SD card one, they were supposed to edit out the SD card bit lol. i know sophie and that is the right email address, bear in mind staples direct used to be Neat ideas ltd, staples bought them out and we all changed email addresses, sec uk stands for staples european catalogue.

I didn't know when I ordered that the code wasn't meant for everyone's use. Wasn't expecting to receive my order. Well done Staples for honouring the code. I never got a confirmation email, but money left my account 4 days ago, then I got a despatch email yesterday, saying it would be delivered by TNT today. I left a note on my front door asking if the TNT driver was allowed and needed a signature if he would pop along to my work place with it (within spitting distance of home). Lo and behold he's just been. What a nice man!

well i can certainly tell you it isnt, anything out of stock obviously is being cancelled as no stock = no contract of sale as no money has been taken.

anything that is in stock, IS being honoured.
if you dont like it, dont read it, but lets be frank here, you used a coupon that was LEAKED out and was never meant to be used by the public, that is why it had no restrictions, legally staples doesnt need to do anything about it, but they have, speaks volumes if you ask me, ive seen the back orders of over 3000 orders were working through.

it would have been easier if we had cancelled all the orders, and perhaps we should have, no pleasing some people.
