its definately out of stock, we have a website issue at the moment, causing items to display as in stock when they are not, its all related to the coupon issue im afraid, the stock database took a severe hammering, and quite frankly, hasnt recovered so well our tech guys are working on the website as we speak (or so they claim) but for the time being it will be the case of customers being able to order items which arent in stock, we will get there, sorry if this wasnt explained to you clearly, often the call centre send brief emails with no explanation.

Just received a cancellation email then a confirmation email, money is still reserved. Unfortunately because I ordered Weds night and someone then posted my choice on hukd and Staples appear to have been working backwards through the orders, it is now out of stock.

Wish I'd ordered again now two days later.

actually i work retail, not direct, so our contract terms are in a different ball park entirely, direct where you placed your order is a business website not consumer, theyre a lot meaner on returns and refunds than we are in retail.

im covering on direct because of the coupon issue, still happy to help though if i can.

For real? what is the problem? You all used a multiple code which is a glitch! Staple have every right to cancel it if they wished, instead they tried to salvage a bad job and you lot kick off screaming about consumer rights?

You all make me feel like a bargain is not a bargain anymore, just greedy and rude.

I used one code that I was entitled to use. Don't know anything about any other codes.
