Cabrio carrier - help!

Rsing - sorry but this does not look right at all - your photo I mean.. there is a gap like that between the door and the side????
That orange bit does not fit at all, could you have put it upside down perhaps? And the see through bit too?
Not sure in how many pieces it came - was the see through bit separate from the orange frame? This looks wrong..
I would not be sending any emails, I would be sending this carrier back and pronto - for an exchange....
Could it have been damaged in transit? Where did you order it from ?0 -

Thanks :T They also get naughtier and naughtier :rotfl: Tonight, Spot dragged a pack of 4 M&S (Yes! M&S so not cheap!) croissants from the top of the bread bin, on to the floor, where he stood on a croissant and picked at the cellophane  He has a thing for cellophane at the moment.... I don't know what the judges will think of his naughtiness at his first cat show on Saturday :rotfl:
Back to the carrier - I would be sending it back as faulty too, agree with gettingready0 -

No, rising could not have put it in upside down as there is only one way it will go, the see through bit and the plastic are all one - the entire front. If I remember correctly, there was the base, the front door and two side bits, so only 4 bits in total to put together. It was fiddly putting the grey clips on, but looks to me like rising has done it correctly.0 -

That's what I'm finding odd - the whole of the front door (the see through and orange bits) were in one piece.
The two lids were separate and both clicked into place fine and lined up before the door was put on (it said to do this) but once the door was on, it wouldn't go back together:( - it's like the orange bit at the corner is mis-shapen (or the lid is wonky).
Will give them a ring in the morning - they'll have got my email so they'll be able to see what I'm talking about.
Will try to get another pic - rearranged the kitchen the other day and I now can't find the charger for my camera (and a few other things:o). I knew exactly where they were before!:(Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

I don't really think you want Lula, she is soooo naughty :rotfl: Anyway, couldn't separate her from her brother now0 -
Hi Rising,
Mine looks the same as the pic posted by Fridaycat. I did find it a little bit fiddly to close the top once the door was on, but nothing like the pic of yours, that doesn't look right at all.
Hope you get it sorted!0 -
OK managed to get a couple more pics (but camera well & truely dead now:()
With the back lined up properly:
It surely has to be faulty.....Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

The right side just won't go over the orange bit and line up (like the other side does)Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

Almost certainly faulty, I'd say. Also, it could just be the flash, but there looks to be a fair amount of scratching on the clear plastic for a "new" item (2nd pic especially)? Hmmmm...... I am thinking that this was something that someone else has returned? :eek:0
