    Hi everyone
No major shopping being done today as freezer and fridge good for the next few days. Do need to buy milk this evening and coffee has ran out sooner than expected. Am now going to delve into my collection of little sealed individual Nescafe portions acquired on holiday!!!!! This should last me a few days.

Lunch for hubby and me only as kids back at school is sandwiches/baps cheese and onion

dinner is sausages veg and mashed potato.

No nsd today but do intend to have at least 2 this week coming in.

    all the best

Another spend this weekend so now very close to monthly target, this hasn't been helped by the oh eating out so often. (I can take blame for 1 pizza and 2 chippie trips but the rest of the almost £100 has been the oh as I have been eating out of freezer and cupboards for the majority).

Sat - brekkie bun 3.75, T's 34.51. T's could have been cheaper but decided to stock up on bread flour and yeast as it was on offer.

Have 9.44 remaining for 11 days so don't think I will manage as oh has a works do tomorrow night. Hopefully by doing this challenge I will be able to do damage limitation.

No recipe needed really, I used a pack of 12 skinless sausages and a pack of streaky bacon; I cut sausages in half and wrap each one in half a streaky rasher; I cook mine around the meat, they probably need 30 to 40 mins depending on how crispy you like them.

I've packed mine, uncooked, in 4's in the freezer so I won't waste loads of them like I did last year :o

I'll give it a go, last time I tried the bacon fell away from the sausages, all rather a traumatic sight

I was a little naughty yesterday and went for a walk with my DD and we popping into tesco and spent £12.74 on things for a nice dinner. very silly of us as its so close to Christmas! but on the upside, i've been getting lots of freebies and vouchers in the post for complimenting, so i hope that will make up for the silly spending!
hoping to have 6 NSD's this week! not leaving the house as we are battling with sore throats and snotty noses.
so money to pop into our sealed pot for being good!

need some good ideas for freezer puddings! im running out of ideas! and fruit is starting to get boring! too much apple pie can make you sick of it! x
