Wow! You must have massive cupboards, don't think I could fit half of that in my cupboards. You certainly don't seem to need to do much shopping for the foreseeable!

😂😂😂 I actually have about 6 normal sized cupboards and about half of the room under the stairs 😉 I'm extraordinarily good at tetris though and keep a lot of stuff in boxes which stack well 😊joedenise said:Wow! I have hardly any storage in my kitchen. I did rearrange the kitchen cupboards this morning actually. It made me realise I need to stock up on my next shop.
I had brown rice and chilli black beans in tortilla wraps for brunch.1

😂😂😂 I don't think my list would be the same if I shopped weekly/monthly Chloris - it's only because I buy in bulk that I have seemingly huge quantities at a time! 😉Chloris said:Omg! @squirrelgirl now we know how you got your name.
I decided to start reducing the freezer a bit yesterday so that I feel brave enough to inventory it but decided just to take out some seitan burgers to eat as I was too cold to deal with it! 😂 In all honesty, I don't think that there is too much in there - I defrosted the big freezer in February and haven't really had too many 'leftovers' to put back in since - I know that I have a large hm haggis, a couple of large boxes of toor dhal in a chutney sauce, a box of bbq blackbeans, a large lasagne (made with veggie quorn mince though so only suitable for dh), a cabbage wat and some roasted parsnips and carrots in dijon and maple - that's the stuff I saw yesterday when I got the burgers out so I'll get through them first 😉

@squirrelgirl well I'm very impressed and a little envious. I have been lurking on the tread for a while and playing along this end. I'm looking forward to seeing what you create with that stash.2

I’ve enjoyed reading the thread. I’m nearly a month into whole food plant based eating. I did this a couple of years ago and felt really well on it and also enjoyed it as a way of eating. I then lapsed out of vegan and veggie I’m sorry to say. However I’m back!I’ve also revisited some of the sites I used to have in favourites and it has been good to reconnect with a fairer way of eating.
Thanks for sharing all your meal plans and ideas4

            Welcome back wmf! 😊
I've just got my first courgette from my veggie beds so very happy with that! 🙌 lots more coming too so will be making plenty of courgette based meals (as well as dehydrating plenty 😉) I've not used it today as still had leftovers from the weekend but plan on having courgette stacks, salad and new potatoes for dinner tomorrow - this invoves slicing the courgette lengthways and chargrilling it, then layering the slices with a roasted tomato tapenade, chopped black olives, capers and a coriander dressing. The salad will be leaves from the garden, grated apple and beetroot dressed with blood orange balsamic. I may make some hommous to go with it 😊4
