They wont if their account is closed
We all from time to to time have problems and may get angry venting them on a forum or if they have done it to the company wont help one bit at all
I have had over £500 from TCB over the years and have another £150 coming in next few months. Sometimes things do take longer to pay up like the PO credit card which was due 30/9 still I am sure it will comeThumbRemote wrote: »So when will they receive their money?0 -

Have to say in support of complainer although if poster had multiple acconuts then different issue but i have
£15 from fireplace world spend £400 outstanding since june 10 tcb response awaiting retailer
£8.50 from homebase spent £380 march 11 retailer not recognising order number
and 02 £65 for £10 a month dd contract March 11 awaiting retailer
on the positive have had £180 or so from tcb but have to say after these three have not paid so far and are not even in the pending box i wondered about using them for my pet insurance .
i know the money is not guarenteed but i think from a customer service point of view their responses are not very clear or even have a review date on them i have sent several messages re the above claims that have not tracked and if they had a review date on them it would save me emailing so frequently to see if i am going to recieve any money if you see what i mean.So finally debt free and it feels amazing however continuing here to stay debt free.Next declutter house and body and finally swim under that waterfall x0 -
also surprised at other posters belief in customer service reply without question , mainly due to the fact it appears you all have recieved your cashback it might be you on here complaining when you have not been paid me i'm on the fence some money but certainly not all of it and i dont have multiple accountsSo finally debt free and it feels amazing however continuing here to stay debt free.Next declutter house and body and finally swim under that waterfall x0

IMO- i use sites like topcash back and Quido as a bonus and not an expectation.
i would never rely on them to pay out
its just a bonuscredit card bill. £0.00
overdraft £0.00
Help from the state £0.000 -
Why do people always bring their health into it when they don't get what they want?
Personally i have not had a problem whatsoever with TCB as PaulWellerfan say's it's a nice bonus not a right.0 -
I do not think that the OP is fair.
Firstly, TCB can only pay out when the merchant pays them, and some merchants are better than others. It is right to feel angry about long delays in paying cashback, but this is the fault of the merchant rather than TCB.
Secondly, TCB do not deduct anything from our cashback and so do not have the resources to give detailed, individual replies to queries from members. So it is not realistic to expect this.
Personally, I have received a good few hundred pounds from TCB over the last few years. Some merchants have paid up almost immediately (full marks to Thornton's, for example). Others have taken a very long time: I made a large purchase with LastMinute.com and chose to give them the business rather than a competitor because of the cashback they offered. It took more than two years, and any number of nudges, before I actually got the cashback: I am angry about this, but it is not the fault of TCB.
If anyone abuses TCB staff or opens multiple accounts, then I really have no sympathy for them.0 -
IMO it's wrong they have taken OP's money. Close the account, yes fair enough, but they still got (or or getting) their affiliate payment for the goods Op bought via their affiliated links and as such they should be obliged to pass the customers share of this money on to them.
Stealing/Taking money from customers because they are rude or make accusations is worse than the actions of the customer initially. Even the Second account, although a breach of the rules, should just mean close both accounts, pay outstanding funds and ban said customer.
It's very very shady business practice to shut the accounts and keep the money.A smile costs nothing, but gives a lot.It enriches those who receive it without making poorer those who give it.A smile takes only a moment, but the memory of it can last forever.0 -

Given that the OP had attempted to receive the money by deception, it is quite possible that TCB have not received any of the cashback.0
