Omg!!!
I hope they are not teenage boys or you could afford to ditch them and go the the Bahamas on what it would cost to feed them.
You don't say how much space you have or what you need to bring with you.
I live in Aus, so I'm not sure, but can you get powdered egg? It's small in size and easy to use. Scrambled egg, eggy bread, omelette.
What we tend to do is have a bigger breakfast than what we would usually have, (eggs and tinned beans and sausages, eat out at lunchtime and have a smaller buffet style dinner. Bread cheese salami and maybe a coleslaw or potato salad. Even in the summer, it goes dark quite early here.
The kids, although they hate camping,(because it takes them away from their computers), love camping food. It is their excuse to stock up on pot noodles, cuppa soups and the like. I take them to the supermarket, and they pick their own.
Two weeks is quite a long time but try not to stress out about nutrition. If they are full and having a good time, surely that is enough?

When me and g/f go camping we tend to have something like
bolognaise
sausage casserole (other variants)
fry up (suitable for breakfast lunch and tea!)
Would suggest making a few big batches of soup and freezing that should cover a few meals for a couple of days.
Got to go for filling warming foods (unless your lucky enough to see a summer) Also could be worth checking if the campsite allows fires if so you can vastly increas what available to cook. Love doing fish on a campfire and easy to do and jacket spuds aswell.
Obviously dont rule out BBQ's for a few nights.0 -
O and start off everyday by warming a pan of milk and having some porridge!! Will keep em burning all day!0

Batch cook and take frozen stuff with you (Stews, Chilli, Curries etc - just need to heat up on one ring and cook pasta/rice/couscous on the other). In a cool box should keep for a good few days (keep it in the shade and dont open it until you have to). Freezing meat to take also means it keeps for longer than you'd expect in a cool box. In the second week you can rely a bit more on tinned/dried foods. That will give a better balance of home cooking and processed foods.
As others have said - loads of bread and butter/jam/etc, plus a couple of big boxes of cereal will mean noone will go hungry. Tinned fruit & veg can be easier to transport than fresh and will help get some vitamins in to them!
Have fun!0 -
poundland has packets of mattersons (sp?) sausages, they don't need kept in the fridge.
Poundland also do uncles bens express rice 3 for £2 i think, or home bargins does a cheaper version, this can be done on hob with a few tbsp of water, we did this at festivals. Lots of flavours not just plain rice.
Tins of tuna to make tuna pasta?
Tins of kidney beans, butter beans, and sweetcorn can be mixed with a bit of olive oil, herbs and lemon juice to make a bean salad.
You can get ready mixed tuna sweetcorn and mayo in a tin, we bring this to festivals with rolls to make lunch.0 -

Fry an onion, add clove garlic, tsp paprika, tin chopped toms and cup full of chicken stock.
This gives you a delicious base to then add dried pasta .... and then add any meat/veg you fancy!
I've used it with a tray of mixed seafood or chorizo or bits cooked leftover chicken.
Another favourite of my kids is layer sliced potato, sliced onion and sliced corned beef. Add some beef stock and simmer until potato is cooked.0 -
