Got a £2 coin yesterday, have started again for the new year, will bank when they get to £50, would like to be saving these for a treat, but at the moment need to throw everything at my debt.Comping again - wins so far : 2 V festival tix, 2 NFL tix, 6 bottles of wine, personalised hand soap, Aussie miracle conditioner :beer:

started this on the 1st of jan, sealled the tin up last night & counted it before hand & there was £40 in there. going to set myself a target of £84 per month (£1000) at the end of the year, dont know if i'll do it but i'll give it a go.happy to be debt free (apart from mortgage: £111,000 @ sept 15)0

hey i got 2 x£2 the other day, think ive decided tho that im goin to bank them on a regular basis jus because i keep thinkn bout the interest i could b making. im off to try and get them out of my tin with a knife if not ill hav to open it and waste a tin
think theres quite a decent amount in there already so ill update my sig when i eventually get them out. :rolleyes:

jus counted my £2 coins there was £62 in there i couldnt believe it. wud have been great to open it wen the tin was full tho but couldnt stop thinkin of the hundreds of pounds that can fit in there that wouldnt hav been making any interest. mayb i shud hav 2 pots 1 i bank regularly and 1 i open only wen full lol i dont know.Due to budget cuts the light at the end of the tunnel will be switched off.
