It's VERY clear cut. Sue - lose. Cashback contracts are irrelevant and your interpretation and exmple of them isn't that great.

As always wioth these things, if you think you'll win go throw your money away - not much point coming on here to debate with those who do know better, since you obviously think otherwise. You pays you money and you lose it (sorry - takes your chances...)!

    Debt-free and Proud!
A discounted at £7 odds offer as T-Mob on their own terms dont have leg to stand on ! PMSL - oh Hiltler would line up the website staff and shoot them, at least they only got disiplined or sacked !! Deutch Telecom/T-Mobile are hopeless & went downhill form 121, only grace was their tie up company with 3 to deliver 3G broadband - MBNL

Even the Flext plans were openly admittedly stolen from Australia mobile market at Flext launch & lost them a fortune as higher management are hopeless (and that lack of management filters through T-Mobile channels & staff)
SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe ;)
  • Well T-mobile took £2 out of my account and returned it next day,

had the £7 offer letter but nah im happy with giffgaff still :)

Amazingly I got an email this morning saying that they would honour the deal even though it was a mistake.
  • Everyone who ordered this deal at £0.00 per month which T mobile first said was an error will now get their contracts honoured at the same rate of £0.00 per month. This change of heart was due to the google group being formed and taking small claims court action and also the press coverage. Everone should be getting an email to confirm that they will get the deal at £0.00 per month and T mobile will contact everyone this coming week.
  • Was worth taking a punt
    Hello,

Thank you for your recent online order with T-Mobile for the SIM card only offer, which was mistakenly priced at £0.

We know some people were disappointed when we told them we’d made a mistake and that it should have been £10 a month.

The great news is that the original offer price will stand and we'll be reviewing all the orders shortly. Once we've done that, we'll begin order processing from Monday onwards.

    What happens next?

We'll contact you from Monday by email with more details about your order.

Please don't contact us in the meantime – we won't be able to update you further until later this week.

If you signed up for the £7.71 a month offer following our last email, we'll be in touch about how we’ll move you to the cheaper price plan too.

We'll be in touch again soon. Thanks for your interest in T-Mobile.

    Kind regards,

  • Great work guys, I'm glad things worked out. A special shout out for all those people that joined our group, couldn't have done it without the numbers. I'll keep the group going encase T-Mobile cause us any problems down the line.
