I just placed an order, 30 seconds later received a phonecall from T mobile saying they can't honour

There is a long thread on Hot Deals and it appears that it wont be honoured.

I haven't had any contact (email or phone call) and I haven't called customer services.

i got an email back saying they couldnt honour it but would honour it for £7.11 a month instead

it is good but to be honest, i didnt really want it, i have unlimited everything with them. just liked the idea of something for free hahahha
