LW - you're not supposed to wear yourself out degunking taps. You're supposed to spend your time conserving your energy so you can enjoy your time with MrLW when he's back from work. I know it's frustrating when there are things that need to be done and you can't do them, but you're going to have to learn to sit on your hands and listen to music. It won't make much difference if you leave the gunk a week, or dust the dragons a little less frequently. But you mustn't neglect MrLW, or yourself.
Awww, thanks.:ABut I'm very aware that I'll only get chance to S&S all next week, so I want to give everything a good clean this week.:o I promise Mr LW isn't being neglected, though.:o

That said, I've no chance today, with Mr LW wfh - I've done a WM load of his clothes this morning, which is hanging in the bathroom, and I've constructed a Shepherd Spy for dins, - we can have the 2nd half tomorrow, when he'll be on late shift; we have a gazillion errands to do in town when he finishes today, at 14:30 - collect meds, bank a cheque, and several shops we need to visit, so I dare say I shall be exhausted at the end of it. *rolleyes*

    In my HHC I

    Cleared the worktops
    Unloaded and reloaded the dishwasher.
    Washed and dried up
    bleached the sink and drainer
swept the kitchen and dining room floor
wiped the worktops and the dining room table.

The tsunami has passed and the resortation work went well!
  • HHC results

My office has a floor again
    DS's presents safely hidden away
Summer duvet wrestled into its bag, ready to go back into the loft
Charity shop bags filled & to front door (to go soon)
More summer clothes located, ready to be put in storage bags
Seagrass basket cleared, and can go on Ebay as it only seems to store rubbish & breed more..

    Moam
Although no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.... life is a WIP.

Snowball says too far away, working hard to bring it forward.
  • Dusty - hope DS improves soon...

Mr LW reckons cleaning out/defrosting the freezer means this is done:
Sort through a cupboard.. any cupboard, could even be a kitchen one!
On the basis that the freezer is just a cupboard that you keep at a very low temperature!:D
