Anyone up for HHC 1-1:30pm??? .. Now really.. ... My kitchen is still a swamp!

Worksurfaces to be wiped over next.. TD emptied and laundry folded.. TD refed and WM back on... Floor sweeping.. bins emptied and recycling out.

DS3 to clean out bunnies..

Squeak to be decluttered to bed!

And I JUST sat down and the stuff listed is pretty much ALL I did!!!!!!

I did wipe the appliances while doing worksurfaces, made me and OH a cuppa, and emptied and refilled the DW.. Made another 6 ice cubes.. and got out the stuff for making cake!

Girls have tidied their room to a reasonable state.. still a tip bit at least floor is visible!

Squeak is now up and changed..

Dusty.. you can have my appointments, you are more than welcome to them! We have 3 next week I think.. Dot at Orthopaedics, HV coming and GP for Dots 6 week check (I dont usually bother but I think she may be extremely hypermobile as well.. I thought she had dislocated her finger earlier but the fingers fold almost flat against the back of her hand.. she is not being eft until he is 6 to sort it out.. not mentioned to OH as he and his family will flap and I cant be faffed with flapping) .. and DS3 has a party the Sunday..

OH been to his group meeting and he's to go every thursday for 6 months....Hopefully it will do some good.:D

We're not long back and i've done nothing today. Boys due home in 10 minutes and i need to have a 2 minute talk wrote out for DD by 6pm for her club..plus all homeworks to get done. I so wish it was bedtime..:rotfl:

Today I have had a cba day. I have sat on the sofa and watched TV. It is not doing my back any good but I don't know what else to do.

BUT, so I have done some flying I have sprayed some cleaner on the shower walls.

DK when mine were little/teens I managed to wangle a free car park car sticker for the hospital as the car park attendants decided I was there as often as staff. And I was in their restaurant so much they gave me staff discount!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: There are some benefits after all!

Seriously though I hope you manage to get DSs sorted soon.

I am going to try to have a HHC with DS1 helping if anyone wants to join us at 5!

Hi all

DS1 now has his stookie off. He's still on the crutches for at least another 10 days. DD slept most the night, DS2 left his locker keys and swipe card at home this morning so I had to run up to the school before I left for the hospital, never washed my hair as I had no time (anyone needing chips fried?), went for milk and my magazine on the way back and ended up taking DD into pals shop to have her fringe cut, got in and flopped on the sofa and that's been me. I couldn't even be bothered to walk across the livingroom to pick up the laptop to come on here.

OH has a disco later at one of the local schools so I will declutter him shortly. While he's away I'll do my ironing I saved from yesterday.


Dusty I hope your DS gets better soon. Huge hugs honey x I'm flagging already and I haven't done anything! how are doing?

Evening All

Well again I have had a difficult week.... was woken up at 6am on Monday to be told Dad has had a heart attack and was taken to hospital but in a different town to the hospital where Mum is. I was due to go to GP to have stitches out and while I was there they said knee was infected as it was hot and pink. Prescribed antibiotics and said go to A&E. 5 hours later I was seen in A&E... no cubicles left so examined in the plaster room. BIL also in another hospital with suspected kidney stones.
I was told to rest so I have ....sort of.... but it has meant not much flying done here.

I am going food shopping later so will do a HHC to at least show willing. Will not follow the lists this week but will do my own thing as I have decided to spend the next few days trying to clear and clean the old house.
I managed to dispose of 4 large bags of books plus 1 box of glass and china to the charity shop today. Also brought a freezer which will be delivered next Wednesday....no place for it yet.... need to call builder tomorrow. Also found 2 chairs in very expensive furniture store in the reduced section that are the same design as my sofa but in a cream fabric. Reserved them yesterday and will pay for them tomorrow as there is another 10% off over the weekend.

I've pottered and s/s'ed all morning and then worked which i'm doing until 930 so I won't be doing any lists today. Things should calm down a bit next week when the children are back at school. Just hoping DS ok to go back - ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Feel better now:D x x

Well.. this is me back from my hhc at 3:15..

downstairs vacuumed and the stairs but for the top 3.. need to take Henry up to do those.
Cake in oven
dinner cooked and scoffed
WM emptied
Dot fed twice
Dd3 screamed at for eating a whole tub of buttercream icing.. that child is hideous at times.
kitchen swept.. squeak promptly flicked peas everywhere
Beasts dumped with KH

Feeding Dot then Squeak can get ready for bed and be away for the night.

FFP - I'm flagging now. Just dinner to clear up from and the wm to set and then I'm tv watching - restoration whatever and educating essex

HHC done .. managed to empty another big box but didn't get a chance to break it down as had a phone from sister to say Mum being moved tonight to Community Hospital even further away and another call from Dad to say he has had angiogram and it was ok.

Will have more phone calls to do tomorrow. Going to watch Strictly and then off to Mr S to do the food shop.
