I have to say I was really irritated by their indifference.
The one I can't understand is Gibson guitars. They do respond back with very nice emails, but then never actually do anything that I've noticed to be effective. Fender guitars on the other hand replied nicely, and the offending listings vanished pretty quickly after that.0 -
