Hmmmm...... Could easily be two different sellers, but there is another option. Are both sellers in the same area?
Edit: New seller is in King's Lynn. But, I can't find where the previous NARU seller was based. http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/mummyof60 -
Last time I actually reported these to the fashion houses themselves, and Dior and one other only responded saying they took their brand very seriously and deal with any breaches that lessen their company brand- but the actual auctions I gave them were not pulled. None of the other houses even bothered acknowledging my contact.
I really don';t know how else to get these pulled- I willr eport them again to ebay as being dangerous but they didn't act before. I am always amazed though that parents even consider buying these for one second.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I wonder if Trading Standards would do anything? Toys have to go through strict procedures to ensure they're safe for children so surely clothes that can choke babies shouldn't be allowed to be on the market.
Why anyone would want to bling a beautiful baby I just don't know.0 -
I think for trademark disputes it has to be the trademark owner.
Although she does admit in the listings there not from the designer, which self admits their counter fit, so maybe wouldn't need the trademark owner?0 -

No, you can't use someone else name without their permission.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
