No i haven't ever had one - I have freezer issues (i.e. no space).

:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::o:o
Didn't do it. Made 2 lots of meals instead - one for today and one for Monday, which was the Bobotie. OH tried it and declared it very edible, but i wondered if instead of the bread it should have a lentil base as that's what it looked like. Haven't finished it off, it's gone into overstuffed freezer (amazing what a bit of reorganisation will do) until Monday.
Going to see Dad at weekend - he lives 200 miles away so it takes the whole weekend which is trying. I'm lucky cos i get free 1st class rail travel (OH works for railways) which is a massive bonus, but still I wish i could just pop in for an hour a couple of times a week, rather than it take the whole weekend.
Cupboard clearing on Monday - with a view that i can store the pantry there - pasta, beans and tins of toms, better than under the bed, eh GQI wanna be in the room where it happens0 -
Well after all that I still never got my cheerios had a bit of a shock at the hospital and came home in a daze so my Dad's taken the vouchers instead.
DS2's heart has deteriorated so he's now facing open heart surgery poor sod he just sat there in the chair shellshocked..we thought his major ops were behind him:(:(
Had an idea the last op hadn't been easy on him so although I'm not entirely surprised its still a bit hard to take in ATM..
Gutted is an understatement0 -

Bobotie always has bread in it, soaked in milk then squeezed out. You could have lentils as well as the bread, but not instead of it.0 -
DD&D sending hugs for you and your DS.
Have been reading on my phone but too tired to post. Having had an ambulance take me to hospital on Tuesday night for a stay, it turns out I have pleurisy on top of the pneumonia. So have strong painkillers to take as well. Feeling guilty as my parents are seriously struggling to cover my absence with school runs, meetings and appointments. Ds school once again being obstructive - keep texting me complaining he has been late! Dad is furious, he has explained I am not to be disturbed but they even rang me in hospital.
On the plus side everyone is getting an insight into how difficult it is and how much work I do. My mum keeps saying she can't see how i possibly do it alone!!0 -

VJsmum - have you ever had any of their meat boxes? I am eyeing them up but they really are expensive.
I have - they are fantastic quality. Just wish I could afford them, but I can't justify the veg boxes when it's just me that will eat half the stuff.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0 -
