Essence-store scam help required

Hi everybody, I'm in the list too..
If somebody is interested in put in place a class action to make this smart Company pay for what they've done, please contact me to my mail address:

I'm just trying to collect all the situations they have created of unsuccesful delivery and cash bak to send to the attention of an italian tv show who takes care about these problems.
They only can give us some help.Remember: more we are , the most they'll take care of our problem.Don't let "essence store " be unpunished.Thanks

i wont go into detail but took over a month to recieve my product and was fake. numerous emails and even me returning it resulted in brick wall and sent back to me (after they denied even recieving it at first until i sent them attachment photo of the recorded delivery reciept which they even denied i had attached to my email.) this company needs taking down and prosecuting and hopefully sent to prison. no morals, scruples or shame off them. hope everyone gets this site at top of the google search when they type in essence store then potential customers will steer well clear.

justy a tip to anyone wanting to help this guy and send him a email
Saturniaring@hotmail.it not Saturniaring @hotmail.it. took me a minute to work out as copied and pasted but wouldnt send email till i looked and saw there is a space before the '@'. hope this saves you bit of time when trying to send a email

As much as i hate to say it, i wouldn't expect anything from this company as the website has closed down.
I have had past experience with exactly the same situation and with a company that i believe is run by the same person who ran this site after his others were eventually shut down. There are still people waiting for refunds from that company and won't get them either.
I had a refund after getting the UK ECC involved and this may be the only way that you will also get one. Although i can't see how they can deal with a company that no longer actually exists on-line...
If you get a class action against them then i applaud you but if it is the man i think it is then you will need a lot of luck as he was busted by Bulgarian authorities last year and could have got 5 years in jail. However, he was back online with a new fake company straight away.
Good luck but i think you may be wise to forget and move on
