Got my cheque today along with a letter from the CEO. Not sure if that is in response to my letter or just a standard 'we're sorry for the hassle' letter

Still not had my refund despite telephone calls and emails. what a rubbish company!

Still not had my refund either even though they emailed me on 9th November to say it had been processed. I don't like people who tell lies. I have emailed Fortnum and Mason again to ask them to honour my order as they have had my money for over a month now.

Another week has gone by and I have still not had my refund from Fortnum and Mason.

Received another letter from them today - basically a copy and paste job from the previous one only it said that I should have had my cheque for £2.95 by now.

I cannot be bothered fighting anymore but can promise that after the carry-on just to get a refund that I will never buy anything off them again.

I am actually in London next week but don't think I can be bothered to use anymore energy up on them!

I still haven't had a refund. what a rubbish company. Rung again today and requested a cheque. Wonder if it will include all the telephone calls I've had to fork out for!?

Still not received my chq,i've written a letter to the CEO too,what good that will do i don't know but it made me feel better telling her that the company is a joke.

I phoned cs again told them I expected better service and I will never buy from them again. My cc was then credited straight away!! so they can do it if they really try
