I had an email saying that there was an error and the toffee would not be dispatched - if I want my P&P refunded I'd have to phone in! BUT...
The 4 small 50g bags of loose leaf tea I ordered at the same time arrived today, and they're great big posh 250g tins!!!! So it basically cost me under a tenner for 4 tins of lovely tea - not the bargain I was originally expecting, but I'm more than happy with it!!!!

Just to let you all know, i sent an email to complain about being charged p&p when i wasnt being sent anything. Havent received a reply to it but when i checked this morning i have had a refund.
This is without calling them and giving them my card details again.

That's good to know, still waiting on mine but hopefully it will be there soon.

With all grabbits you win some and lose some but I am very disappointed that such a 'posh' company are dragging their feet.
