Hi, hoping it's not too late to join. Was quite good with the weight loss over summer - lost almost 2 stone from July - September but have slightly stalled since then and seem to have lost motivation. 7 weeks to Christmas and I would like to lose 2lbs a week which would give me an extra stone off. So back on the healthy eating and back on the 30 day shred I think - had great results from it before.
Greensaints - I think the aim is to do 10 days on each level but if you're finding it easy then step up a level earlier and if you're struggling then spend longer on the lower ones. I know Level 1 is going to kill me cause I've not done for a while0 -
Hi guys and welcome^to the new ones!
I'm struggling with exercise- well i don't want to and my time management thee days is not good.
I am sitting here tonight with a big fat headache and all i wanna do is go in the kitchen and get rubbish to eat- funny heh- i always want to eat crap when i feel poorly. But have no fear i'm not going to binge.
me eating for the day is
B- Belvita bikkies, cappuccino, 1 munch bunch
s- ww chocolate mini roll (they really taste gross now!) banana and plum
L- salad with half serving pork meatloaf (from tatco), few grapes (they were green and sour!), prawn cocktail crisps and orange juice
s- tea nd 2 caramel snackajacks with peanut btter on
D- Red pepper soup and a mini ww naan or 2 with butter
How are you all doing- been a bit quiet on here.Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heavenMatthew 5:30 -

Hi folks,
I've been slacking a bit over the last week or so on the updates, so here goes ....
Food mostly okay (although did have a sneaky Burger King at the weekend - shh), exercise slipped a bit but not too shabby (6.5hrs over the week). I've got a sore toe and I've been using that as my excuse.
Weigh-in yesterday at -2lb so still plodding on.
Todays update - food:- Breakfast - porridge, actimel, apple juice
- Lunch - chicken soup, two slices of brown bread
- Dinner - HM chilli and couscous planned
- Snacks - 2xsatsumas.
I might have to have comething else later because I've split the portions of Chili a bit too small - I was starving yesterday.
- 30 Day Shred planned

it will take me longer than 10 days before I'm ready for level 2 (I'm on 11 days of level 1 just now, over 14 actual days).

Hey guys
*tumbleweed moment*
where is everyone- i hope you're al still on the wagon or chasing it at least
I lost 2.9lbs this week! whoooppeeeeee!!!!!!
I think it has something to do with no time to shop, not time to eat at work, hardly any fridge space and fear of going into the kitchen (shared).
Updates on how you're doing please?
pretty please?

haha I can safely say that I have fallen of the wagon, and lost it :eek:. Not even sure which direction it was heading in.
Been going through a rough patch, and when the things get emotional the first thing to go is my concern for eating healthily.
Hope everyone else still knows where the wagon is though0 -
Still here and on the wagon
... although the darned thing is moving so slowly I think I may be pushing it lol!
Another 1lb off this week taking me to a total of 4lb since joining this thread, and 21lb overall. :T
I’ve been a bit down lately with how slowly it’s coming off – I’ve been eating under 1500 cals and working out several hours a week and I'm only averaging 1.5lb per week.
Maybe I need to focus on the change in the way I feel and look and ignore the scales for a while. Anyone got any tips on keeping the motivation going?Do you not know that a man is not dead while his name is still spoken?

cooeee- anybody here?
Guys- what's going on.
Thread seems to have died a death.:(
I've lost 1.4lbs (lowest loss measured as bathroom floor gives different reading each time)
Have had a bit more free time so have used it to eat/think- which is not good, so not expecting anything next week:o
