  • Where is everyone?? I hope you are not all hiding in the biscuit tin . I'VE BEEN GOOD ALL WEEKEND :D

Actually looking forward tothe morning to get weighed. Food for today :-

    B/Fast- Porridge
    Lunch- Roll and Egg
Dinner- Chicken, mash, gravy and corn

Snacks are grapes, Apple, lollipop, crisps and fudge.

I have also been walking for 2 hours whilst delivering DS's papers with him. I swore bling I wasn't doing them again but tbh I was a wee bit worried about letting him do them himself 2 days after an anaesthetic. Good exercise though anyway :D

Ok folks, have read the whole thread and decided no more messing around for me. I need to make a serious start on this weight loss/toning!

Been for another run tonight.....third one in the last week (not running all the way tho, using the Podrunner Podcast for interval training) and have arranged to go to Body Combat tomorrow.......with my friend so I can't back out.

I won't be weighing myself cos I find the figures too depressing, will just be going off my clothes. Bought a few new dresses recently and they are all a wee bit tight (I vainly refused to buy the next size up!) plus I have loads of clothes which are too small for me so I intend on getting into those. I'm going to be following the Slimming World plan as this has worked for me before and as I'm a bit of a picker it means I can scoff fruit whenever I want.

    Good luck everyone :-)
  • Ziggazee I'm loosely following the slimming worl diet too. I dont like weight watchers as I am always starving on that. gO FOR IT !! :D

Oh Millionaire.....me too, there simply aren't enough pro points in a day for me :-D

Well today has been a (fairly) good day. Porridge with raisins for breakfast, salad and jacket potato for tea and homemade Teriyaki chicken noodles for tea (noodles, chicken breast, stir fry veg and Teriyaki sauce). Snacked on fruit all day, but did have a mad moment where I ate about 8 chocolates from the tin of Celebrations I bought to take into work (eek!).......I did go to Body Combat tho so will definitely have burnt those off!

Have just found out I'm attending a do in just under 3 weeks where my partners ex-wife will be present, so it's all systems go for me now. Well, got to look fab now haven't I :-D
  • oh yeah you have got to. I'm the opposite. I am the ex wife and always want to look fab incase the new wife sees me. Women  why do we bother?

Anyway DRUM ROLL .................I lost 9lbs this week :j:j. probs put about 3 back on today mind you I have eaten so much cr*p. Section was full of sweets and as I was late home we had a chippy dinner :o. Back to being angelic tomorrow :D

  • Hello everyone. Well my weekend was a disaster, with going out for halloween and being out all night waiting for public transport to start again so i didnt have to pay for a taxi I ended up buying KFC at 4am. Before that, there were loads of cakes and sweets scoffed down. At least I dont really drink, so not many calories consumed through alcohol.

Since Sunday ive been really sick though, went to the doctor, been given antibiotics, thought i was on the mend, but spent Monday night throwing up, and feeling like it might be the same tonight. Its already 7pm here.

I havent been able to keep anything down, so although im not eating, im also not able to keep any water down, so im feeling rather dehydrated and have a splitting headache. Lets hope I am better tomorrow and can make it work. My employers aren't exactly sympathetic to you taking more than one day off work.

hope everyone has a good day. I will catch up on all the posts when im feeling a bit more lively.

Breakfast: Sun - 2x fried egg roll, Mon & Tues - porridge, orange juice & actimel
Lunch: Sun - cheese and onion roll, Mon & Tues - soup and 2 slices of bread

    Exercise:

P.S. I'm a bit weird with food, sometimes I'll latch on to something and have pretty much the same thing every day for months :o
