oooh thats what I'm trying to figure out too! DS is desperate for a laptop or pc but my local 2nd hand computer shop tells me the game he plays (minecraft) requires a better graphics card and ****(something else maybe processor??) than the 2nd hand ones tend to have. I'm so lost when it comes to techy stuff and I really worry I'm gonna get ripped off cause I don't know whats what.0 -

After a lack of Deals for a couple of weeks, quite a lot have appeared this weekend.
Have a look at the HP, Sony and Toshiba ones for the best deals:

Lots of new stock added.

Thanks so much for this thread, i've been after a 13.3 inch notebook for a while now and have just bought the HP Pavilion dv3-2310ea (touch screen version) for just over £300 from amazon warehouse deals! (Not sure how much they are new, but it says i saved nearly £500?)
As well as the HD LED multi-touch screen which is a fab bonus, it comes with a funky case, has HDMI out and one of the best features for me - an internal DVD/CD writer which is AMAZING on such a small model, on my 10" Dell netbook now its a pain in the bum having to write CD's externally
A great site amazon warehouse deals - I got a 50" full 1080p LG plasma, 600hz, freeview HD TV from here this January for £387 - as new! And its been faultless, so here's hoping this buy is just as great, as it certainly is just as bargainous!
I'm afraid there's only refurbs left now from different seller..
Very happy, big thank you to withabixA great xmas pressie to myself, and i have amazon prime so hope it gets here quick, i'm a real technophobe and can't wait to play!!

You got a good bargain there! That was between £550 and £750 new.
My most recent bargain was a 17.3" HP Pavilion dv7-3101sa for £200. It was perfect and not even a finger print on it!British Ex-pat in British Columbia!0 -
Quite a lot of new stock has been added.
There is an Acer Aspire 5551 for £180 and plenty of other Acer, Toshiba and HP laptops at good prices.
There are also quite a few slimline desktops, All-in-ones, touch screen PCs and tablets on there as well.British Ex-pat in British Columbia!0
