    Quick update before bed-time :D

Got friend to take a large van-load of car boot stuff out of units and down to auction so they will be in the sale tomorrow :j He will do another load next Thursday but I will take some individual bits in on Monday for Wednesday's sale too

A couple of friends were worried that Alan had finished his antibiotics yet still had gunk coming out through that drain, so I reqested call-back from Doc and when he rang, he said he'd call in to see Alan after evening surgery, as he'd been meaning to see him after seeing letter from hospital. He came at 7.20 pm and gave Alan a good check over and decided that he didn't need antibiotics, so that is good

Shattered now so off to bed - night night guys :D

Glad Alan's off the antibiotics. Hope everything sell's well at the auction.
And it's definetly spooky about you Mum knowing your sister hurting herself.
Not much going on here, had to take adopt-a-cat to the vet's Thursday, something had bit her and the paw got infected, but it's been lanced, cleaned and antibiotic injection given and she's running around like a cartoon charicter this morning

And the only other thing is me baking, watching the Hairy Biker's has set me off wanting to do something diffrent for the food stall/cafe part of the well dressing, so I'v got a couple of month's to practice making Chealse bun's:D, not good for the diet, but most of yesterday's batch has got put in the frezzer. Strange thing is I'v started to get idea's for a savoury version:eek:

sorry Boult, knew you had posted about adopt-a-cat, but not been feeling like posting much, so never asked after it. Glad to hear it is better now though.

Ooh wish I could be like you when it comes to baking. I thought about making Tinks Hobnobs last night, and got all excited about it until DS decided he wanted to go to bed at 7.15pm, DH came home and then I got too tired to want to do anything. Only on lappy now so can get stuff listed on ebay as free listings this weekend.

Ooh savoury chelsea buns... if any good post a recipe please.

Got to try making them first, but I'm thinking of onion, tomatoe and courgett for 1, ham/bacon,onion and mushroom for 2, cheese + onion for 3, pepper, mushroom, courgett, onion +tomatoe for 4.
Know what you mean about posting, but in my case it's because the baking is taking over, last week it was the knitting......... think I'm trying to avoid doing the course work:eek::rotfl:, still I'v got 1 unit done and part way through the 2nd one, but I have to keep stopping......it keeps giving me a headache:mad:, not use to having to use me brain:o I'm more a hand's on practical type, so give me a flat pack any day rather than course work:eek:

Know what you mean beanie. am thinking of signing up for Open University course, but I will have to put the work in, won't be able to shirk.

We do apprenticeships at work, and the people doing it, say once they have been at work, got home, cleaned, cooked, etc, they don't want to sit and do assignements, etc.

:oYes I did go back to work, for all of 3 week's, but I was sent back to work still with infected spot's on my leg, with the Doc's instrution's of keep 'em covered up and a course of antib's to take, it help but there was 3 very stuburn one's, which have decided to go for it and turn in to open, weeping spot's so I went back to Doc{seen a diffrent 1} who was  at the sight of 'em and gave me a stronger course of antib's, signed me off again, wanted fasting blood test done and packed me off to see the nurse and have my leg dressed, but they are healing, and good news, the blood test came back as normal:D, but when my Dad saw my leg he told me that my Gran and 1 of my great aunt's had the same thing on their leg's so look's like it's some thing I'm going to have to get use to.:o
