Apploied on 19th October and the paperwork came through today (26th). About to proceed with online switching. Does anyone have acopy of the original co-op webpage (now pulled) as I forgot to make a copy -this detailed the full Ts & Cs of the offer if I recall.
TIA

People keep stating again and again that you are eligible for the bonus if you applied online between 17 Oct and 21 Oct (or 24 Oct).
I applied over the phone on 19 Oct and organised the switch on the same day. My understanding is that I will still qualify.......am I correct?
Thanks
Anybody know for sure on the above?0 -

Its still on the website as definite, so yes, if you applied 17 - 21 you are still elligible.

I submitted the online switching form and received an email confirmation on Saturday 22nd. I've got no further updates since then, even though the website states that they send regular updates on the progress of the switch. I've already set up online access, and the free overdraft that comes with the switch is not yet showing.
I hope the form isn't lost in cyberspace. More importantly I need to make sure that the switch starts before the 14 day deadline. Has anyone received updates on the progress of their online switch?0 -
I've received nothing apart from my Welcome pack, which is needed to do the switching, so I assume you already have that.
I asked about the switch as was told it would take "About 4 weeks, we'll let you know when its complete". Until then you can't really do much apart from credit your account with £800.0 -
my direct debits have been switched , but not the standing orders or bill payments
I phoned CO-OP Bank and got through to the "is it on the trolley ?" woman from Victoria Wood
Did any other long standing COOP Bank customers take up the offer ?
I wonder how many of the Bank's new customers were influenced by their "ethical policy" ? :rotfl:Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
They forwarded a welcome back to my Dad's address (where I have my mail sent). It said I just needed to send a bank statement to confirm my address. My Dad forwarded it to me first class on Monday and it never arrived
. Can anyone send me a copy of this form please or will it have been personal to me? Thanks.
