The reason the offer has changed to members online is because the mailer to co-op members only hit door maps yest. And opening via branch offers more cross sell oportunitiesHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. I got a welcome brochure in the post today and a letter that states that my application is nearly complete.
The letter states that my application has been agreed in principle and shows my account number in the following format " xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xx" I assume that the first six numbers are the sort code and the next eight numbers are the actual account number, what then is the last two numbers which happen to be 00? Have others got similar letters?0 -

Hi Jammi
Yes, I received a similar letter to yours on Thursday.
Like you, I realised that the first six numbers must be the sort code and then the next eight the account number. No idea about the last two numbers... mine are two zeros as well. I completed the switching form online on Thursday night, as I didn't want to miss out on the offer.0
