            Good Morning
It's all good in the hood today :rotfl:
I PADed some more of my precious pennies to the carp 1 card this morning, so that's nearly a tenner in two days :T I am quite chuffed with my little (well maybe not so little) ole self. I know it is a drop in the ocean at the moment but it will have an effect one day as long as I can keep it up.
Another NSD yesterday to add to the pot. :j Which is always a good thing.
I have two more minimum payments to pay which I have budgeted to come out of my account on Thursday & Friday and then I will have paid them all and all really early again too. and all really early again too.
I am starting to feel in control again. For a while there I thought I was starting to lose my grip on it all. Especially when I went shopping last week and was taken over by supermarket fever  and spent way too much. But, I haven't been back to shop since and have no real plans to in the next week so it doesn't seem as bad now as it did at the time. I still wish I hadn't done it though
Inspired by Muffy, who is just brimming with energy at the moment, I went to check my ebay sales and to my complete surprise I have a bid on one of my books Only one, but it's better than nothing Only one, but it's better than nothing I will get some more stuff photographed and those that can be listed for 99p put on at the weekend and the rest can wait until the next free listing weekend. Tonight is the dreaded weigh in at fat club  I have been a very good weight watcher this week so I am hoping for a reduction in the size of my unfeasibly large bottom albeit an unnoticeable one Still, it'll be nice if those numbers come down. I shall report back tomorrow. Still, it'll be nice if those numbers come down. I shall report back tomorrow.
Ahhhhhhhh... speaking of tomorrow  I am not looking forward to tomorrow one little bit  I have to take DD1 to an interview at university which is five and a half hours away  Why on earth she chose a uni at the opposite end of the world is beyond me but take her I shall and maybe she will come to realise being in a land far far away is not such a good idea after all :rotfl:

Phew  Finally made it to the end.
Have been ploughing through your thread on and off for the last few days and can't just leave without comment.
I think you have done brilliantly!!
Your change in motivation and outlook is inspiring.
I managed to clear all our debts a few years ago and its a fantastic feeling .
In the meantime we have bought a couple of buy to rent properties which has put our mortgage up. Due to be paid off when we are 58. We are 45 now so would like to bring that down a bit.
I have also just joined a gym for first time in years and cant believe how unfit I am:eek:
Any way I am now going off to bottle 30 bottles of homemade wine that has been sat waiting whilst I finished reading!!
Keep up the good work and I shall be lurking and maybe occasionally adding my two pennorth worth.

Tut, tut Freeby... and as for you *rounds on the smirking Knitty*
How often have I told you not to tell tales?
Now go and say 'thank you' nicely to The Dragon because she was very kind to bring you chocolate.

And a quick afterthought... do you think we'll get in trouble for misuse of the 'Thanks' button? Maybe there's a sort of 'Thanks' police on MSE... or more likely a traffic warden who does random checks to see if posts really are useful...
 Oo-er missus, I'm worried now!Miggy

 Oo-er missus, I'm worried now!
I first started receiving shocks through the mouse when I click on Thanks! Now I just get an "Are you sure you want to thank this post" message when I click it!
So, Freeby, was last night the weigh in? Are you feeling all slinky and smug to have bypassed the virtual chocolate?
I had to smile at the new WW adverts telling us all it's not a diet it really really isn't. You Play at doing the weight watchers pro points system! I did their pro points thing last year, and I could see from loads of people it worked really well, but I couldn't get into it. WW wasn't to blame for that at all, it was my sudden body freak out at eating meat so I was struggling to find my protein intake and eating a very high percentage of carbs. I did love the online part of it and the iPhone app which helped me work out how many pro points in absolutely anything with the nutrition statements on there. So I wasn't relying on the WW line of foods which was useful as i don't like pre packaged stuff.
You're sounding really motivated again and very chirpy. It's lovely to read the enthusiasm and lightness in your posts. :A0

Well, I've not been here for ages, have I? Bad, bad freeby
There's not much to tell but I'll bore you all with it anyway :rotfl:
I lost 4 and a half pounds at ww on Tuesday night :j I was delighted but then the first week is always the best week, now I just have to keep it up. I've been to the gym and still religiously tracking every morsel that's gone in my mouth so I can't be blamed if I don't lose anything this week. Mind you, the weekend is always my downfall
We went to the land far, far away on Wednesday and DD1 loved the Uni. Fingers crossed she is offered a place but she has been given an interview for another one much closer to home so we've kinda got our hopes pinned on that one. It would just make life easier for everyone.
Thursday came and went in a bit of a haze I was so tired after being on the road (or I should say train tracks) for 14 hours the day before. I even managed to fall off to sleep for 5 minutes in work I was so tired after being on the road (or I should say train tracks) for 14 hours the day before. I even managed to fall off to sleep for 5 minutes in work not a very impressive thing to do. Oops not a very impressive thing to do. Oops
Friday meant a trip to the gym and I surprised myself by being able to manage quite a decent run on the treadmill - wasn't fit for much else afterwards though :rotfl: As Ald! is close to the gym popped in there for some fresh fruit and veggies. It's all very well being on the ww healthy plan but I am shopping much more than I used to because I keep needing to stock up on fresh stuff. Still, at least I am much healthier for it.
I am off down our local High Street in a minute for nothing in particular and then I have to go to Mr T to get some bits and pieces of groceries. I should have got them in Ald! yesterday but I didn't have a £1 coin for the trolley and was wandering around with my arms full, so gave up. Why no baskets?????
See, I told you there wasn't anything much to report. Everything is just ticking along, which is a good thing - no unpleasant surprises. :T
