    Dear Ms Freebyfifty

We are sorry to notify you of the recent expiry of one Ms K Nora on your thread.

On investigation, it seems she had a pre-existing heart condition and had been advised to lead a stress free life. We assume, evidenced by the look of sheer terror on her face, that she somehow came upon a situation which was simply too much for her poor little heart to cope with.

    Yours sincerely,

    Hello

I've been a bit busy. Not doing MSE stuff, just doing life.

I'm sorry for MSE's loss in the expiration of Missus Knitty but do you think that means I won the NSD race or should I give her it posthumously????? (is that a word)

Anyway, what has happened .........Mr A delivery came and it was a little bit less than I had expected thanks to substitutions :) It must must last two weeks or all my money plans are scuppered. We may have to resort to eating the dog and hamster food
I paid a teeny weeny PAD to F/mans of 57p to keep my bank account nice and tidy.

I had a NSD yesterday (up to 5 now) and I am planning another one today.

And that's about it MSE wise.

Life wise I've been so busy at work and *drum roll*
I got taken out for a delicious meal and a little drink or two last night and have had the biggest breakfast made for me this morning (ohhhhh errrrr Missus :))

So am I forgiven for going AWOL for a little while?????

*goes off to give Missus Knitty some heart massage and mouth to mouth (pucker up Missus Knitty) and a tot of brandy*

    Boo!

    Arghhh!

Noooooo.....!!!!!!!!!!!! *Trips over remains of Knitty and lands headlong in the hamster food*

    Don't DO that to me!

*Helps self to large coffee from Mr A delivery, looks in vain for biscuits and eventually recovers without.

*Conversationally:* I never knew the MSE coroner worked in Poundland, did you Freeby? And I wonder what his middle name is? Unwin, possibly?

*Gives respectful nod in direction of Knitty* R.I.P.

P.S. The black hat and veil is very becoming.

Now I have completely forgotten what I was going to say.

Oi! Get yer hands off the ladies, and keep your tongue to yerself!!

Rising from the dead to say that Miggy may have forgotten, but I haven't...let's go back to this little titbit of news someone buried in her update:

Well, of course you're forgiven (though not for killing me off - that's gonna fester for a while)....tell us more about the meal which may have led to breakfast...*settles in* :D

I'm glad I didn't manage to bump you off Missus Knitty :) I would have had to have counted it as a spend day, seeing as you got spent :rotfl:

And my juicy gossip?????? Well it's a long, long story but as my kids are getting older now and I have decided it's time for mum to have a little love (but not in front of them :o) in her life, I have let my barriers down a teeny bit and let someone try to build some bridges.

That's it, that's all I'm saying..............for now :) Time will tell if I've done the right thing or not.

Rats - should've kept quiet for longer! ;)

    And as for building bridges....:T:beer::T:j:T:beer::T

As long as you're safe, and had fun, then you've done the right thing. Doesn't matter what happens next - only ever matters how you deal with it. And for the record, I'm really impressed...*bows down in awe*.

Plus, good role model stuff for the DDs to see that their wonderful mum isn't afraid of such things. All power to your elbow (and yer knicker elastic!;):D).
