At least you MAKE lists even if you don't cross it all off - I don't even think about what I should be doing, I just avoid it completely!

I stand before you a little bit sheepish..........:o
1. Set up my electricity monitor that I got free from Martin's newsletter (then wander around the house like a maniac turning things off and on)
[STRIKE]2. Wash/dry/iron (will it never end!!!!!!!)[/STRIKE] No obviously not seeing as the wash basket is half full again
[STRIKE]3. List stuff on ebay[/STRIKE] 27 things listed on ebay with bids on 4 of them
[STRIKE]4. Parcel up ebay sales to post tomorrow morning[/STRIKE]
5. Nip to Mr T to return something
6. Read Psychology book and draw up an essay plan, email to tutor
7. Eat chocolate
[STRIKE]8. Spend no money at all.[/STRIKE] NSD #19
9. Try not to get blown away to the merry old land of Oz (is there anybody already there?) Couldn't even be bothered to do that
Told ya I was a lazy moo, I've done next to nothing today

I think you've earned your day off FreebyFifty. One thing I've noticed in your posts, as entertaining as they are, is that you never stop and give yourself a break. Maybe today something inside forced you to. You are like a modern day Wonder Woman with your list writing, courses, living life, MSE'ing and everything else that Knitting Nora mentions. If you've not next to nothing today then take it as a gift to recharge the batteries and recoup.
Good for you!
Another MSE diary I'm reading mentioned that she's done particularly well at her exams since starting the MSE route as she feels that she's just getting more organised with everything. I guess that once the debt swirl is controlled in your head it gives the rest of the brain space to absorb information? Or have you always been a high academic achiever?
Happy Day Off Freeby!0 -
To make you feel better today I have:
- lounged around watching sunday morning TV
- eaten a large amount of food at a buffet
- had a cuppa and watched my mum open birthday presents
- come home and sat my !!!! down on the sofa
productive!
Don't sell yourself short, many people (like me) are a LOT lazier than you :P
And yes it seems we probably do work in a similar setting - although it made me giggle that I wasn't allowed to type a slang name for kitties

Thank you all for all the nice things you said although I am definitely not wonder woman which you would realise the moment you clapped eyes on me

Millie - I wasn't allowed to type the word for the thing that you do when you stab yourself with a needle!!!!!! Seems the people at MSE Towers have worse minds than we do
Now after my lazy day yesterday (although I did manage to get some study done eventually) I want/need to have a more productive day today. What's on the agenda??????
Housework, housework and just to round it all off.......more housework
I am off, the kids are at school and I have no excuses
Just to throw in a bit of MSEing, I have to collect a parcel from the post office which is a Christmas present off ebay (no direct cost to me) and post some more ebay parcels (no direct cost to me), relist some stuff on ebay that didn't sell
and have a NSD. Technically though I have spent money because I have paid another two minimum payments of my debts (but I don't count them in my NSD's)
I WILL go to Mr T to return the jammies I yacked on about yesterday and I WILL spend that last £10 voucher on some slippers for FIL's Christmas.
Will that do? Oh I forgot!!!! Finish essay plan for tutor before he phones up to tell me off
Enough to be going on with I think. And as I am off I will be hanging around here A LOT stalking everyone to make sure you are behaving yourselves.

have a good day:)0 -
Ohhhhhh I'm having a good day and it's only 5 to 10 :j
Posted ebay parcels
Collected parcel
Returned jammies to Mr T - £5 credited back to bank account
Found a £5 voucher for Mr T in the bottom of my bag when clearing out receipts :T I could have sworn I'd used them all but thought I'd chance it and it doubled up no problem :T so I got slippers & socks for FIL & a dressing gown for DD2 and earrings for DD1 :j
All for nothing - woop de woop
It's the little things that make this DFW/MSE life enjoyable, although I do feel a little bit of saddo because this is the only excitement in my life
