Hi all we just got the letter telling us natwest are paying up £644.00 to myself and hubby. My question prior to living with me and getting a joint account he was with natwest too and was charged on numerous occasions due to his job ( funny wages to say the least) he has all his statements for the 1990's. Is it possible he could claim for these charges he had? Cheers all x0

As nickmack has mentioned. People have claimed over this time limit, but more knowledge is needed and this can be more complicated than a normal claim.0 -

You may be able to but you need advice as the time period is longer than 6 years ago. Try Citizens Advice first.0 -

Hello!
Is it 6 years of todays date, the beginning of the year or the beginning of the financial year?
Thanks!0 -
Can I go back 6 years from 2000 to 1994 or is it just 6 years from the present? We've been solvent since 2000 but up until then we were £60,000 overdrawn with a £20,000 overdraft limit and HSBC charged us thousands due to unauthorised overdraft interest and charges.0

It's the last 6 years.0
