Keep it up redbull5. You can only do what you can do. Don't beat yourself up over would-haves and had-beens. You've done well with what you had. :T Go into 2012 with the same determination and you'll achieve the best you can, I'm sure!0

I'm set for a big bonus from work, around £5k, agreed this month but paid it in Jan? Does that count if I add it to my figures, as it's an extreme (in my case) one off!!
Don't want to been seen 'breaking' any savings rules in the first week lol!!0 -
Dont see why not, but i wouldnt as it has been gained in 2011. Possibly save it and keep yourself on for the full challenge without that money.
Then reap the benefits at the end of next year! From England - Live in Edinburgh and work as a bus driver0 -
Redford I'd be counting it if it was me - because I just won't have the money to hit my target without extra things like this happening and if it's being paid in 2012. I am going to use any money I get in 2012 from TCB and Quidco towards my target, even though they will be for shopping I did in 2011. I hope nobody minds.0

Some interesting stats so far...
100 members
a saving target of £1,031,900 between us. (taken the one USD$ one as GBP£ though and not took into account exchange rates for this)
We're averaging about £10k each0 -
Just been speaking to DH about it, and he seemed a bit dubious, but that was because he thought meant £12,000 each! There's no way I could afford that! :rotfl: Was far more eager when he realised I meant between us!
I'm going to have to do some sort of budget though to work out how we'll be able to do it. Can't do that yet as DH starts a new job before Christmas and not sure how much he'll get paid each month.
Also, should really think about getting our salaries paid into the same account, still don't do that even though we're married. I'm a bit protective of my money!:rotfl:
Sitting here eyeing up our 'new home' jar given to us years ago which has £2 coins in. Can imagine getting to the end of next year and breaking that to try to reach the total! :A:rotfl:0
