Well my £15k will be going towards deposit. Hope to bring in enough to be nearer £20k than £15k. Its how much i earn that matters, not how much i spend.

That is what i need as minimum to hit my target!! Suppose il be all out for hitting my target, will need to be quite frugal aswel as taking on as much work as i can, keeping my income as high as possible. Hard work but good fun, i love it. The paydays are just a bonus :)

It has not always been easy for me. It has taken a lot of hard work and determination and a few years for me to get to where I am. Give yourself targets and goals but make them achievable. Once you hit one target, make another one for yourself. It is totally doable! Never give up! ;)

Most successful people deserve there fortune.I believe I do but I'm always keeping ambitious and wanting more and more. Once I hit 15k il want 20k then so on...may have 40k or so before I move out. Hopefully i can still save 12k a year once I have moved out.

Well done to you rictus! :D

Its great to hear someone with such a positive attitude ;) and also so young. Well, I'm not that much older than you (25) and just had my LBM in June when I got engaged. I have enough money to pay off the wedding already and its not til next July! Just goes to show what can be done when you put your mind to it!

Can you put me down for £5k?

  • Welcome Grainneok!
Well I shall put mine towards mortgage OPs, depending on what happens with interest rates.
I don't think it matter what you do with it!
