It has not always been easy for me. It has taken a lot of hard work and determination and a few years for me to get to where I am. Give yourself targets and goals but make them achievable. Once you hit one target, make another one for yourself. It is totally doable! Never give up!Mortgage at 12/07/2022 = £175,000
Mortgage today = £161,690.76
300 271 payments to go.House buyout fund £21,000/£40,000

Its great to hear someone with such a positive attitudeand also so young. Well, I'm not that much older than you (25) and just had my LBM in June when I got engaged. I have enough money to pay off the wedding already and its not til next July! Just goes to show what can be done when you put your mind to it!
