If you need Android phone than go for:
Samsung Galaxy Nexus it is a direct google product and updates are easy to get compare to other other Android phones
Going to be released within few weeks.
I was waiting for this, but then I saw the HTC Titan at the weekend, which is about the same size as the Nexus. It's bleedin' HUGE (Titan is a good name for it). Given that and the premium that will be attached to it this side of Xmas, think I'm going for the S2 instead.

If the size is important than dont go for a phone much bigger than iphone (not saying to get one) screen size up to 3.7 may be 4 otherwise you want like it.
I have checked a few phones and some are way to big for me however do have a nice screen. Once I have purchased htc hd2 nice phone and scren but sold it after a bit due to it was too big for my requirement.

One of my friend is looking to get an android phone.
I asked him to look at the Samsung galaxy nexus.
He said that like iPhone galaxy nexus do not have the micro sd card slot.
Either need to buy 16 or 32 gb model, you can not upgrade later.

I through all android phones have a micro sd card it was part of way google wanted android to work, let it's users decide what memory one need rather than pay more like iPhones.

Is Samsung & google going the apple way by charging more for their phones by having built in memory so a lot of people will end up buying 32gb when not needed.
Would it be difficult to hack or update the os via 3rd party without the sd card?

Neither the Nexus S or Galaxy Nexus have a memory card slot. The Nexus S only came in a 16GB flavour and for the Galaxy Nexus you will have to pay more for the larger capacity model.

Some people like the big phones I don't. He also like the iPhone prefer windows or android due to bigger screen.
Why would samsung remove the sd slot?
It's odd for google and samsung to go the apple and windows way by removing the sd slot, this will make the phone more expensive.
Is Samsung trying to increase it's margin? Hope not.
The google need to keep it's android os and products with some Continue functions. also need to come up it's own selling points, not since iPhone don't have a sd card we will remove one too. Are other manufacture going the same way?
