  • do you know where they are staying at next week?

i would have a letter waiting there at reception of the hotel with a letter from the solicitor and copies of the photos telling him you are going for a divorce and not to return to the marital home.
  • Ok so I've done it, I couldn't spend more than 5 mins with him without my blood boiling.

I was very calm, didn't shout and told him it was his fault because if he'd moved out earlier when I asked him I wouldn't have had to play this card.

I stood out the kitchen and just said I know, he looked at me strange and said know what so I showed him one of the pictures, but apparently he's not having an affair it's just play!!!

Well he's also got a mortgage agreed and he's going to put an offer in tomorrow on a property.

Oh yeah and he's moving out tomorrow, and apparently she's not going away with him next week.

    How good do I feel.
  • Let's hope she dumps him, cos it doesnt sound like they have anything based on what keeps couples together - it doesnt sound like love but more 2 people who almost share a hobby!
You deserve much better and you'll find much better eventually when you are ready - he'll just be a sad old git and will probably regret all thsi one day like when he's impotent or something and she's not interested! xxx
    1,2 & 5p: Christmas day food £9.31
    10 & 20p: misc savings £2.70
    50p: Christmas presents £3.50
    £2: holidays £2.00

So he's got a mortgage with a deposit on... what??? Does this mean that he's got a second mortgage on your house? Or has he got savings that you knew nothing about?

But well done for confronting him anyway!!

They said he can use the money that's in the mortgage reserve for a deposit, and will be taking another mortgage on this property. I don't think he's got any savings, then again he doesn't know about the money I've been stashing over the past two years incase this happened.

If I were you DH I'd just do a few sums and work out whether he can afford a new mortgage, an old mortgage, child support at (am I right with this figure?) 20% of his salary.... because I'm pretty sure that the ahem .. lady in question... won't be paying her share..or at least, not for long!!

so he is remortgaging the house from under you and his children? he sounds a real charmer. you need to speak to a solicitor tomorrow, never mind monday.

what a miserable excuse of a man he is, lets hope him and her are happy together - they deserve each other.

    keep strong xxx
