No, leave it disabled whilst you run combofix.

Yes! It has done up to and including file 50. Then it has found infected files one at a time and it has successfully restored the ones it has found so far.

It might reboot again, then wait till it produces the log file after the reboot - It might take a while.

It didn't take this long the first time! I hope I get the log file this time! How long after the reboot should it give the log file?
