It's possible you have the ZeroAccess rootkit. This won't fix it but may confirm if you have it or not.
Download DDS from the link below and save it to your desktop:

After you've downloaded it and saved it to your desktop:- Double click DDS to run it.
- When it's finished, DDS will open two logs:
- DDS.txt
- Attach.txt
Copy & paste the contents of just DDS.txt for now and post it here (you may need to split the log over separate posts)0 -

It states "Windows Firewall has blocked this program from accepting incoming network connections. If you unblock the program, it will be unblocked on all private networks that you connect to".
It then gave 2 options, "Keep blocking" or "Unblock" so I selected "Unblock". It is now downloading component updates and is stuck at 52% for at least a minute!0 -
Just after going to 53%.0

Just after getting to 60%!0

This one is at 78% at the moment and when it is finished I will try waddler_8's suggestion.
Oh no, don't tell me that! Is there any way of getting an anti virus on it again?0 -
If we can confirm that it is the ZeroAccess rootkit then we can proceed to attempt to remove it.0

Yes but you need to find a way of cleaning the one you already have first ."If you no longer go for a gap, you are no longer a racing driver" - Ayrton Senna0
