HELP: Trojan on pc which is now removed but so is AVG

    If you press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC together on your keyboard, it should open TaskManager. Click the processes tab and you should see *.3XE processes and the CPU value for those processes cycling?

    The CPU is 00.

    She didn't get that one restored but she has since successfully restored another two.

    After she successfully restored the last two I spoke of she is attempting to repair the other one since!

    What file is it?

    Is there any sign of activity in Task Manager at all?

    The file she is attempting to repair at the moment is c:\Program Files\Common Files\LightScribe|LSSrvc.exe. It must be attempting to restore it for about 10 minutes!
