Which is against the rules, something you seemed keen to point out to the atos rep yet fail to acknowledge applies to you.
So, why do you think the rules don't apply to you, specifically this one?...
Why do you think the rules dont apply to you, seeing as your commenting rather a lot about it?
And do you have any advice to offer, or is your sole purpose in this thread to take it off topic?[greenhighlight]but it matters when the most senior politician in the land is happy to use language and examples that are simply not true.

The fact remains you have demonstrated you think the rules don't apply to you. Curious then, you wonder why the rep doesn't take the time to respond to ramblings.0 -
Your off topic rant at the atos rep was the first instance of rule breaking. As usual when pulled on a point you devert avoid, no doubt soon report..

The rep is there to answer questions - or so goes the rumour.
If Atoss is going to start answering questions on a public forum, then they must expect criticism - and if they can't face that, then there's no purpose to them being here.
They're already notoriously poor at giving reason to their actions, and the fact that only three posts have been made by him (or her) beautifully confirms it.0 -
I have a question for the atos rep...
why are all your healthcare professionals allowed to make up a festival of lies in their reports and get away with it?
you are all a disgrace to people who love working in the medical profession and on top of that you are morally bankrupt!0 -

It also nicely means they are unable to say they had no way of knowing about issues, can no longer deny accountability successfully.
As they have a rep on the site, and they are being asked questions, serious problems are being highlighted, and they are not responding, but they have been made aware.
I suggest if anyone asks questions for the atos rep, they include the word atos rep or atos representative in the question, so (as is easy to do, and a reasonable action for a rep to take) they can find questions directed at them by searching for strings similar to their user name.
As for fridge's rants, if you have a problem, report it, and if you wish say you have so people know the problem has been reported, in order that no one else need waste their time doing the same.
That way, you can then let people stay on topic, rather than trashing threads by taking them of topic again, meaning people have to waste time replying to your allegations and points raised, instead of helping other posters.
Do you have any advice about the issue at hand anyway?
My advice to the o/p regarding a point I missed originally, where they asked about the evidence first going to atos, is to remember that the ATOS assessor has missed out vital information in the reply.
Particularily, the fact that there is a extra stage, called the pre-board where ATOS looks at the evidence, and compiles a report (esa85A) which is used by the decision maker as evidence of whether a face to face assessment is required.
The advice from the atos rep, missed that out, and missed out on telling you that you are entitled to see a copy of that report if you wish.
I would advise doing so, to check it for accuracy etc, and to keep for your records/future reference.[greenhighlight]but it matters when the most senior politician in the land is happy to use language and examples that are simply not true.
