This stuff sounds brilliant. I will try and get hold of some . Can anyone tell me if it will get rid of mould and/or blu-tack marks from magnolia-painted walls?
Or where I could get some in the Cambridge area?
Thanks!Sealed Pot Challenge Number 1225

Hi Absinthe,
I buy my Stardrops in Asda or Sainsbury's down here - some of the bigger Tesco sell it too.

i bought my first bottle last week and have tried it on a few things - floors, bathroom, kitched, washing up, the george, windows . . .everything! I am really impressed and love only needing one bottle of something to clean nearly everything! Going to try it on washing tomorrow - how much should i put in a 5kg load?[STRIKE]Debt 01.01.2010 = £70,000[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]Debt 01.02.2011 = £53,495 [/STRIKE] [STRIKE]Debt 05.05.2011 = £51,959 [/STRIKE]

There is a spray bottle version called -
Stardrops ready to use multi surface cleaner
I used this on my sitting room wall paper as we
had lots of marks left over from sticking blue tack
on the walls to put up birthday/xams cards etc
Nothing has worked but this did and the muck that
came off at the same time.My wall paper had been
up 10+ years.Ended up having to do the whole lot
because it would have looked terrible if I had just done
the bits where the blue tack had been.I have used
it on painted walls and its fine:j:j:j0 -
Thank you rosekitten and froddington. I will go on a Stardrops hunt and attack my walls!

Ah but the bottle has doubled in size to what it used to be in there. I thought it had gone up quite a bit when I bought some t'other day, then realised it was double the amount. So should last that bit longer

I no longer use soap powder or fabric conditioner
I use stardrops and soda crystals plus a few drops of lavender oil.
Easy on the stardrops, just a dessert spoon or so, and a dessert spoon of soda crystals makes for clean, nice smelling, soft clothes.0 -
Picked up a large bottle of Stardrops in Asda in Cambridge yesterday!

It didn't work on the blu-tack stains

I tried dabbing it on neat and rubbing gently with a microfibre cloth, then mixed some with hot water and tried that. It didn't make any difference though.
Am I doing something wrong? Should I be using it mixed with vinegar too?
On a brighter note, there were some damp patches where I had some postcards up, and they have now gone; also, my sink has never looked more shiny!Sealed Pot Challenge Number 1225
