It was supposed to be an orange cake, but I didn't have any oranges for zest, and just using juice in the frosting hasn't made it strong enough.

I don't know Dinah, why on earth would you put NIM's lovely Mother to that ringtone? My phone is pretty boring for ringdings mind. Everyone just has Burn it to the Ground. Bar OH, who gets Pulp Fiction.

Hope the weather's good for you today, Star! You should get a puppy AND a baby. My Parents' got our old boy Ben when my Brother was a baby and they properly grew up together. It was very sweet, and Ben would follow Jake around like a shadow.

Had the shock of my days this morning. I was commenting on how my superskinny 12's are getting too big for me now and I think I'll be in size 10s in a few weeks (woop!) and OH pipes up 'I'm going to start eating properly too.' Waaat! So he's on board now, wanting to lose about 6 stone, it's only taken 80 days since me starting for him to catch on. Bless him.

You are doing so well with the weightloss Cinny. I would love to be back in my size 12 jeans. That is great your OH is on board ,will help you as well i'm sure if you are both eating healthily.

And thanks It will be easier with OH working with me, I seem to be struggling a little at the moment. Truck loads of salads, fruit and water were lovely in Summer but now I need to find winter replacements. When it gets cold I just turn into a bear and want to eat everything in sight before having a nice long nap :rotfl: I'm doing okay though, just need to keep trucking on and telling myself no. A lot!

I can't believe that your OH has 6 stone to lose Cinny! It's good that he's on the bandwagon though. easier for you to keep it up without having to work out how to cheat in the best possible way!

I was Just Dancing last night and I was exhausted! I think that the game maker people have realised that it's a good workout so the dances are stupidly energetic now, I'm glad I'm on the ground floor as I was jumping about a lot!

What pressies are you getting Wendz? How many candles will you be?

I can't believe he has that much to lose either Cinny! He's obviously seen a massive difference in you to be inspired though, you must feel brill!

I'm finding it hard too at the moment, I think because work is so stressy and I'm sort of down in the dumps, I really just want a nice bar of chocolate everyday - the dark nights don't help. I think I need to enter another race so I have a reason to go running.

Hope you're feeling better today Dinah. I couldn't have all different ringtones for everyone, I'd never know it was my phone ringing! My colleague made an orange cake over the weekend too - she had to boil some satsumas then blitz them skins and all to go in the cake. It looks lovely with all the orangy bits in and it's lovely and moist but sheesh, it is bitter!!

Ooh exciting stuff wendz. Do you have many mum friends your age? I think it would be lovely to have kids in your mid 20s but round here everyone's either 16 or 36 it seems! Sorry if I'm being too nosy!

Oh no, I'm down on recipes ect. It's the inbetween when it's cold and I don't want fruit. Just have to keep on pushing myself to choose the right things and I'll be totally fine. Noo, my OH is a big guy! (That sounds a little wrong but I don't know how else to put it! :rotfl:) I think it was because I called him curvy the other day that he decided he wanted to lose weight In all fairness, he carries his weight well and looks more like he's 18st. He's just tall and even when he was 17 and slim from football he was still a big guy.

Dancing games do kill though! I feel just as knackered after Zumba as I do shredding, and that burns 190-200+ calories.

Good luck finding some boots, Wendz! Took me an age to settle on mine but I do love them!

I have two friends down in southamptn, one with a 4 yeard old and one with a 19 month old and pregnant again. Round here though my mum friends are mainly early 30's, I am definately the youngest. They are all so nice though. I have no regrets for having her when i did, am very happy!
