Yep, because my first drive in nearly a year was in it. Had to bring the new car back down from Newcastle in standing snow with visibility of around 10ft, it was terrifying.

No idea what's happening in Spain Archers, OH doesn't even know! My brother has booked the accomodation but won't tell anyone where they're staying so no idea if it's a villa, hotel or hostel! There's 20-odd of them going! OH got a text last night from one of my brother's friends saying that he has to pack an Hawaiian shirt and a pair of aviators... OH didn't want to say that they were packed anyway and not even as a joke! :rotfl: My boy has style!

I think you should definitely wait until spring to head to Alnwick now Dinah. You never know when the snow will hit nowadays! I'm already feeling annoyed about the snow coming and it's not even started yet! I used to love snow but we've had too much of it in the past years, novelty has truly worn off!

Feeling okay thanks, just a bit dizzy, but high blood pressure is one of those silent damage things, but it can cause strokes even in someone my age so I'm taking it seriously.

Work people are very appreciative of the cake I made, even if there is no orange taste at all.

must check out the day zero thing. might do that tomorrow if I get chance. Both DH and DD are off tomorrow so we're hoping to do something as a family if it doesn't rain too much. In which case it'll be games and a carpet picnic no doubt.

Doc putting me on emergency referal to hospital consultant. NIM put me to bed to relax...I'm not good at that hence sneeking on here on my phone. I also gave all my callers their own ringtones. I think NIM regrets getting me to relax now my phone plays The Exorcist when his mother rings.
