Grace is home and doing well although she had mummy up in the middle of the night but didnt manage to wake daddy. Had a screamy day yesterday and looking like today could be the same.

I welled up on the flag pic too, and a few others besides.

I have wondered! I think its a combination of the wedding, planning on buying a house and talking about TTC next year that have combined to make me an emotional mess! After being together for so long, it all seems to be happening at once, which is brilliant of course but I don't think its quite sinking in! Although I've always been one for crying at random stuff, so perhaps I just AM an emotional mess and don't need a reason!

Glad to hear Grace is home NIM and hope she isn't too screamy today for you.

Did anyone see Martin's new programme last night? I watched the first few minutes but the cameras kept zooming in and out and swooping around, I couldn't bear it! It made me feel giddy!

Ahhh it is a lot to happen at once but I think that's just how life goes, enjoy the ride! I'm not that emotional (never cry at films, OH think's I'm stone hearted!) so when I do get weepy it's a bit strange! I just blame everything on hormones, it excuses a multitude of sins!

Great news that Grace is back home! Not so great about the screaming though! :eek:

I forgot to watch Martin's show but I saw some of the comments on his FB saying that it was making people feel seasick! Not sure if I'll watch it on ITVPlayer or not with that in mind!

Just so busy! I don't like this full-time business. Probably wouldn't feel like so much if I just had one job and not having to split myself in 3. Looking forward to Saturday night after work, going to a Cider festival with OH, My Sister and her OH. Then I'm in holiday mode until the 7th!

Speaking of my Sister. She's bought her wedding dress, this one. She's getting pink converse to wear with it I think, or glittery toms. Her OH was at tiffany's looking at engagement rings so I think a proper engagement is going to go down within the next two weeks and I think I might actually be super embarrassing and bawl my eyes out. My Friend is over tonight, and we're planning her surprise hen-party for the start of next year. Day trip to Disneyland!

So glad Grace is home again. I have often been woken and OH slept all night . No wonder he claims babies are easy :rotfl:.

I was crying watching father of the bride 2 earlier .

Cinny - your sisters dress is gorgeous , loving how far away from a normal wedding dress it is.

We are down visiting famioly for a couple of days , OH's nan and Grandad who he hasn't seen for years are flying in from spain today and they get to meet 3 of their great grandchildren for the first time including Poppy so that is going to be good.

Lets just say that the show wouldn't have done anything to change your opinion! Birdie - you should look it up just to see how bad it was, but if actually manage to watch the whole thing then kudos to you!

Speaking of dresses... I *may* have bought a dress off eBay without trying it (or indeed any dress) on - eeep! We were watching Don't Tell the Bride last night and she tried on a dress that was virtually identical, OH turned to me and said, 'Oooh I like that, you'd look great in one like that!' I was thinking 'Good job, I've already bought it!' :rotfl: Hopefully it will look as nice on me as it did on her!

Sounds like you have a lovely few days planned Wendz and sure Poppy will be getting lots of fuss!

Cinny! Wash your mouth out!! I have to say I only caught the end of it, but for anyone who's been an MSEr for a while, it's all old hat anyway, but I only saw the split ticketing thing for the trains.

Glad little Gracie is OK, was beginning to worry at lack of update!

Aren't we a lovely soft-hearted bunch? I cry at the old lady photo so have to not look at it!

Back at work today after a flood day yesterday But lots of roads are still closed so I've ended up coming into my old office instead, and it took me about 90 minutes to get HERE!

Just been having an audit of my Day Zero List, I'm up to 19 done now and hopefully a good few more by the end of October

Hope all goes well with the grandparents Wendz and that Poppy takes well to them! My friends' babies always look at me with such suspicion when I haven't seen them for a while!

My Dad rang me this morning and asked 'What's up with the bottom of your town?! Why can't I get in?!' and I was really confused as I hadn't seen flooding anywhere near me, but turns out one of the roads in is completely flooded... why could that road flood but the one near work is fine?! Was told that I'd get a text at 7am if the office was closed... and I was gutted that my phone remained text-less so I had to go in!

Will have a quick gander at Martin's show tonight, he kind of annoys me too though. I love his advice, but I love it more when it's written down!

Have you changed anything on your Day Zero list Tete? I really need to go through mine and decide what I want to change!
