I'm too chicken to cut my own hair other than lopping off obvious split ends! I tried to cut my fringe a few weeks back and it still looks like it's got a dodgy chunk missing from the side! :rotfl: I only get it cut about 4 times a year though so I can't complain too much about paying for it... but I'm still tight and go for the £14 dry cut!

Photos of your day out with Grace are lovely, we have been to Fountains Abbey a couple of times and it is a stunning place.

NIM, I got one of those circular razor thing from boots cost me £24 and it came as a kit. I have used it about 5 or 6 times. Find I do it about once a month and given the barbers is approx £8 per go it has already paid for itself.0

Although it hasn't been cut for 3 months now and I dyed it myself 6 weeks ago so have had a bit of a LBM.
I spend hardly any money on clothes and never wear make up but my hair cut was my treat since 2008 when I started going to my hairdressers but now I am trying to clear debts and mortgage so I can change career and have a baby so back to dyeing it myself and getting it trimmed cheaply!
I am bridesmaid in 7 weeks so trying to hang on to get it cut nearer the hen night but its really starting to get too long for my liking but need it longer for the wedding!
*lurking back out*Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0
