I know NIM would like a very traditional Irish name, with Irish spelling, but being not only in England, but having a fairly unique surname too I'd just like her to have a first name that everyone can spell.
Have an appointment with a lady who does relexology and accupuncture tomorrow. It's just a consultation to see if I'm suitable, she's already faxed my doctor to see if she agrees to me having treatment. She did say a few weeks ago that I could. Again it's something I can claim off medicash so as it's free I might as well give it a punt in the hope it brings the bp down, at worst it's an hour spent listening to chanty music while a stranger rubs oil in my feet.
Money from the holiday has been refunded, and I've got a little bit through from paypal, so that card is finally back under £1000 (it was £2200 a week ago yet on the chart at the end of January it was £0) - I'm very hopeful I'll hit the goal of clearing that one this month. Although the goal is to clear that one and NIMs, which has just under £1300 on it, that might be more of a push.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

I'd be ok with an anglecised spellingThis was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.:j:j:j:j0

New information as you've previously referred to Anglicised spellings of Irish names as 'b@stardised'. But it still depends on the name and whether I like it, you're free to make some suggestions if we haven't already discussed them... which we probably have. A few Irish names are on the list.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

So a MS company suspended my account as I'm on bed rest and was sick of them calling up to ask me to drive 50 miles to pretend to want to ask about a camera for £7, however as a result they haven't paid me the £100+ they owe me!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Glad you are out again Dinah .
We had a shortlist of about 4 girl names that we both liked out of the whole baby names book and then both ordered them and Poppy came high up on both and think we both just liked it the more we thought about it.0 -
We've had a long email conversation today, and I think we're narrowed down to two names. I hope we stay liking them until she arrives and we don't end up with hundreds again, and then we can see what she looks like and see if we agree on one.... I can just see him thinking she's one and I think she's the other!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Look after yourself Dinah!!!
Did NIM get the leeds job offer in the end by the way?0 -
Nope, the woman vanished off the face of the earth once they got to discussing money. I would have thought it was normal to discuss this aspect of things before accepting a job offer but she seemed to take it as insulting that he did.
Had to take the cat to the vet today, she's started being strange. Stranger than usual. Doing a lot of licking the carpet. So they've taken blood, but they've also said she needs some dental work this week. Really hope our pet insurance covers dental, but I have a feeling it doesn't.
Tried to have a nice romantic evening tonight, walk into town, dinner, walk home. This was slightly scuppered by me having an allergic reaction to my leggings (presumably the washing powder) and feeling like my legs were on fire for most of the walk into town. We had dinner, NIM was chuffed to bits with his food, I managed to be a hormonal monster randomly at the end, and we had to get a taxi back as my feet have swollen to ridiculous purple splodges. I would really like a night off from being pregnant right about now before I just start bawling like a baby.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008
