haha whats that programme? i might have to find it online although im not sure about ear lobe rubbing to make money..!?!

A budget might be a good idea, as long as i make it realistic..!

By the way, it might have been brought up before but the other day while I was just pondering to myself i was thinking D why dont you try and write a book (as if you dont have enough to do!) I mean about your story with NIM etc..? because it is really romantic and im sure so many people are struggling that hearing a lovely successstory full of determination could be good motivation.. I dont really know who would buy it, but you already have the bones in the diaries and add a bit more about feelings, tips for staying positive etc and maybe.. it wsa just an idea really! Or you could spin it into a fiction story (based on real life) I think the NIMs mum drama and the house mould etc would fit in there especially well!

I've considered it actually, but I'm a bit scared of taking the first step as that leads to second steps and ultimately the possibility of rejection... I should face the fear really.

  • I'd buy that book! You can even self publish via kindle now can't you. Would love to write a book, I get basic ideas but fall down at characters and plots, not so good!

Well done with the exams rink, I read about that tv program and it sounded scary! But if the books have positive messages and you don't go ear rubbing crazy then why not read them!

I'm off from 23rd to the 2nd, cannot wait. Our factories and all offices shut down so coming back shouldn't be that usual post holiday stress

What did we all get in our advent calenders today!?

I haven't got one this year! Secretly hoping OH would surprise me but I was hoping in vain. Sure I can find a free one online somewhere! Oooh, does anyone remember they used to do one on Teletext? Or am I just showing my age now?

I can confirm the ear rubbing did not produce anything other than a request from my boss to put the kettle on!

I had a chocolate Mr Bump!

Mr Grumpy would have been more apt as I seriously got out of the wrong side of the bed today :rotfl: (Deadline day tomorrow). But freedom beckons too...

Tink - yes we just hold her and move her around in the water and splash and i usually dunk her under at the end to get used to it. It is loads of fun especially how much she seems to enjoy it.

Dinah - Christmas sounds like it will be great with NIMs Dad coming over, will be very busy I'm sure. I agree that the book idea sounds great.

Got a tree in our calandar, it is a 'family' calandar as me and OH are sharing and Poppy can have the odd lick hehe.

Just been shopping today and managed to get almost all the pressies, we just need to get both our dads and my sisters bf who will prob be getting a playstation game with amazon vouchers I have just need her to check which game. Also need to just finish OH's off.Typically all the men left hehe. Managed to do it all on budget too which is good.
