LOL I do that too, if someone is in the car with me I just talk very loudly when know it's going to creak (breaking on a hill for instance!)
Definitely get that contract studied Archers, you work with food right? It's madness if they don't let you come to work ill because of risk of contamination but they don't pay you if you are off!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -

Well at least we know our tax money is being put to good use holding riviting meeting between staff and heads of service to discuss topics of importance and take real decisions to sort this country out.
Its not like that would have been a waste of time briefing costing us about 8grand in wages for the wasted man hours. No council would ever do something like that...
Too much? This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.:j:j:j:j0 -

Sorry I can't reply properly to everyone but just a quick message to say I've arrived safely! Flight was boring but otherwise good. It's hot here but you can take comfort in the fact that a storm is on it's way!

Was my Grandma's funeral yesterday. Was a nice service and Poppy managed to behave herself although she is very squealy at the moment . Everyone came out saying how good she was. Everyone knew who she was so my Grandma had obviously been talking about her a lot which is nice to know.
Think we are going swimming today. Am very excited about putting my tree up tomorrow and going christmas shopping.
How did everyones targets go then for Nov? Managed to achieve most of mine yay. Made a Christmas cake, managed to lose 4lb woo, redeemed £50 of vouchers but didn't manage my survey target.0
