Well, I am feeling slightly better today
- still had a marathon nose blow for around 2 hours  when I woke up but thankfully it seems to have tailed off to around every 15 mins or so now :rotfl:
Have done a new SOA ...... will have an in depth analysis later:rotfl: (doing it has wiped me out again & need another snooze:o) - something is going wrong tho' as certainly don't have £168 left..... £25 is the extra I'm putting away to renew the car insurance in full & £25 going into a savings account but don't have £118 either:eek:

*found* where another £25 goes ...... my massage - I have a dilemma about this every so often:
It's expensive (even with staff discount) on a monthly basis but it really helps with my back ......... I usually go every 4 weeks but have been trying to eeeeekkkkk it out to 6 weeks which lowers the cost a bit - and I've also missed 2 visits recently (on hols) so it's not as much as I budget for (£300 = 12 visits / year) mmmmmmmm
So, that's me down to missing £93 *sigh*Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

I think if your massage helps then really you should do it. We all need a bit of a treat every now and again, and this is a treat that really helps you too.
I bought a book today at the supermarket, £7.49 on half price. Felt incredibly guilty but it's the first non wedding thing I've bought for me since June so about time really. We all need something now and again.

I wouldent even see the massage as a treat.
You need to have it for health reasons.

A massage is something a fit/well person has for pleasure. What you have described is physiotherapy, totally different.Proud to have dealt with my debts, became debt free on 03/11/2011. Repaid £54,723.41 LBM May 2006.
