Thanks Freeby:D
Well ..... just been to Mr T for my shopping (usually go to Mr A but Mr T had a few bits supposedly on offer ....) - anyway, spent a FORTUNE (for me) - why is it the fruit & veg I can eat are the expensive ones
Anyway, hopefully it'll work ... just not very good at sticking to things and I do seem to like carb rich things:eek: (which didn't seem to matter as much on the previous points plan ....) mmmmmm fingers crossed tho'.
Busy eating up the end of a packet of digestive biscuits- want shot of those before I start properly!!!
Did but some jelly & fruit so going to try to make little pots to take for lunch as I really NEED something sweet after I've eaten!
Had a wee walk with Maisie - went to the further away beach (nearish to Mr T) as there are woods there (quite hot) and thought it would be shady and it was HEAVING (as I knew it would be) but managed not too bad - ended up having to bring her home & go back to the SM .... bit of a waste of fuel but it was too hot to leave her in the car while I pondered what to buy (usually I fly in & out).
It was a very different looking shopping trolley today!:oGrocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

Hayfever ..... errrrrrworking our way through July (my worst month), so hopefully in a couple of weeks it'll get a bit better (although stuff does seem to be a bit behind this year).

Thank you slowly not been toooooooo bad!:D Hope your hols are going well :j
Seem to be eating constantly! (but mainly fruit & jelly so it's not really that filling!).
2 girls in my team are also doing fat club - they're going to the meeting (I can't manage it as it's back in the town where we work but an hour after we finish - too long to leave the dog & not long enough to come home & get back) - hoping we can encourage each other along the way!
Just about to have dinner:- Chicken breast stuffed with cream cheese (light of course;)) & spinach, wrapped in a bacon rasher, on a bed of mushrooms (hoping the juice from the chicken will cook these!)
- Potatoes
- Mashed Carrots & Swede
- Blueberry & Blackcurrant Jelly
