    Well I'VE been VERY GOOD

bathroom/kitchen/lounge/dining room/hall/stairs/landing all done AND vacuumed the Vallikids rooms

Beds to strip tomorrow and that's IT

(might do the boudoir later actually)

AND I have 'found' Little Miss Valli's 'missing' bank book though I did have to look twice. It wasn't where it SHOULD have been but I thought it might be in the filing cabinet drawer, where I keep the passports. And it was but I was what one of 'my' kids calls a 'manlooker' so I had to look again;)

('manlooker' - man who looks for something but doesn't see it immediately, possibly because it is hidden by another item and therefore assumes it isn't there, not having looked properly. Child used this to describe herself when I had asked her to find something which was there but she couldn't see it. Soon as she used the term I knew EXACTLY what she meant;) this was in Y3 but I have her again in Y5 now.)

This is a great phase and now my sons new nickname :D.... My little boy is a 'manlooker' - i always end up saying to him ' just because it doesnt jump up and slap you doesnt mean it isnt there.... you have to LOOK!' :rotfl: Mind you, he can rake through a toybox at the speed of light...

    Anyway,
    - kitchen swished.
    - Dishes done, roasting dish soaking,
    - third load of washing in the machine.
    - some wet stuff has been chucked in TD, some hanging in spare room,
    - some toys RE-packed,
    - ironing basket filled,
    - mop bucket emptied,
    - recycling out,
    - boxes brought in from the car.
    - School shirt for tomorrow has been ironed - we seem to have used five shirts in four days....

Guess I should start filling some of the boxes now.... well, maybe tomorrow.
