Good morning all,
I never posted yesterday as I have decided that on a monday and a wednesday when I am working at night I am just going to do dailies and leave the lists until tuesday wednesday friday that seems to be what works best. Yesterday I only managed a washing, beds a quick tidy and to make cupcakes inbetween school runs and work.
JoJo some cleaning companies will come in and do a one off deep clean for you maybe once its done you will feel better about the place and it will be easier to keep it nice a little bit at a time as you feel up to it.Lose 20lb in 12 weeks 5/200 -
Jojo~ like greenbee says go for it, maybe as a one off, or for three months, till you are feeling better, also window cleaner go for that as well, I only have mine twice per year for the whole outside of the hosue, rest of the time, I do the outside downstairs myself. Lots of people need the extra work so remember to 'talk' prices / what they will do for that money, BEFORE they start.
Floors done
Hoovered round, plus the crumbs of the sofa, and noticed the sofa has a hole it in!! not happy.
Bubble wrap got, to line the inside of the green house over the winter.
One pair of new trousers off to work on me today!!

jojo, I would get a cleaner, I had an email from groupon this morning saying I could get a comprhensive house clean for £22.....I did think about it but my main problem is carp......if I could clear the gibble, I would be able to clean it!! Hope you find a solution for you xx

Level One
Vacuum through downstairs .. or sweep/mop
Dust and deweb all of the downstairs rooms
Level Two
HH doing something necessary... - Step Aerobics
Wash downstairs windows.. insides only!
Empty and wash out stinky bins!
Level Three
Make sure smoke alarms are all fully functional
Binbag dance
Catch up on important calls/emails/letters etc
Declutter some old emails
Extras-
Gather up stray laundry and change a smelly bed (could be a pet bed
)

Wipe and water plants

Run appliances through a clean cycle if youve not done it in a while and clean filters.

Make a start on christmas lists.. cards, presents, people to buy for etc..
Level One
[STRIKE]Wipe down the kitchen work surfaces so they are beautiful!
[/STRIKE][STRIKE]Clear firesurround/s of gibble and rhubarb.. wipe and make pretty

Vacuum or wash some dusty curtains! and/or dust some blinds
Clear 3 window sills of junk that doesnt live there!
Wipe the phones and keyboards and naughty mouses.. think toilet germs!
Level Three
vacuum the stairs and wipe handrails
HH-something.. 1 hour of Boot Camp, ouch!
Tidy out the cupboard you stuff all the paperwork in to hide it
Extras- Pair up some odd socks!
- Sort out old shoes/bags/etc
- Make sure everyone has hats and gloves and scarves and boots for the freezingness of wintericles!
- Check last posting dates for christmas things for friends and rellies overseas!
Level One
Strip the smell bedding.. replace with clean!
De-grot the toilet/s and hand basins/sinks
Level Two
Wash the paintwork (skirtings/doorframes/window frames) in 1 room
Sweep and mop the kitchen/dining area
Binbag dance
Level Three
Wash any smelly soft furnishings.
Clear and clean a flat surface that has been piled up with gibble
HH-something!
Extras- Declutter a cupboard..
- Clean out pets/wash pet bedding
- Clean a small kitchen appliance thoroughly
- Dust and deweb a room!
Anyways, i'm rambling, time to do some work, boooo!
