I can't tell you why, but this made me laugh out loud.
4OD, here I come. Have to see what a PR 'consultant' suggests..... a focus group? customer survey? rebranding? £5,000 on a logo and slogan for their sale?

Has it sold?
At the end they said they hadn't had any interest at all 3 weeks later and that they were going to put it back on with an agent I thought.
I then searched on rightmove and couldn't find it so I guess they either haven't done this yet, or they did it and it sold really quickly.
If it hasn't sold yet they'd be pretty silly not having it on right move the day the programme is aired, I know I went to look, as I did the one the previous day as I live in this part of the country so extra interest I guess.Initial Mortgage January 2024 - £160,000

Apparently to stick it on facebook and twitter as well as an article in the local papers I believe, whilst ignoring the agent's advice to drop the price by around £35k and instead drop it by only £10k :rotfl: Considering the vendors were supposed to be in danger of repossession, this seemed a mighty strange way to go about achieving a quick sale - but each to their own I guess!
I'd also love to know if it has now sold................Mortgage-free for fourteen years!

I like the way you conveyed your excitement."The only man who makes money from a gold rush is the one selling the shovels..."0 -
Its an ok programme. Would be must better if it was half as long - they keep repeating so many bits as if we can't remember what we saw before the commerical break!0

Has he actually managed to sell any houses though? All the episodes I have seen have ended with potential interest but no offers or sales?!0
