Watched it ... nothing exciting or new. Basic stuff, if you want to sell,
1) declutter,
2) freshen up areas with a lick of paint
3) tidy garden
blah blah blah not rocket science
When I was selling my house it was immaculate at all times (even with 2 kids). I'd constantly be tidying and putting things away. Before going to work, I'd go from room to room making sure everything was just so in case EA did a viewing during the day. If your serious about selling you've got to make your home look good.

yep! agree, but still just had to watch and was annoyed missed the last 10 minutes, had to get little one from pre-school!! Arrgghh, did the family house sell??0
